Not a chart. Not a marina listing. A house for captains: a sealed messenger, a harbour of people who actually go to sea, and a rate that does not move once you are in.
The first people in keep this rate for as long as they remain members. When the founding seats are gone, new members pay $5,000 a year, then $10,000, then $20,000. The founding rate does not rise with them.
The chart lives in Sirena Seafarer. The club is the people. Messenger first. Then the house.
Member to member, sealed on the phone. The desk is readable by the house, on purpose. Not a distress channel.
No algorithm. No ads. Conditions, berths, crew, a quiet room of people who were actually there.
A vouched directory. Port notes written by members who moored. Later: concierge, tables, Club Watch.
Only Founding is open. The other rooms are the published dues after those seats are taken.
Leave the email you actually read. The secretary writes once, when a seat is offered. Dues are billed by invoice or wire, never through the App Store.
Annual dues. Not a deposit. Not refunded, prorated or transferred, except where the law requires it. Founding members keep $500 a year for the life of the membership.
